Our service desk operates 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, to assist with issues or queries relating to the equipment within your network we manage as part of the service. Tickets can also be raised directly at https://terrecom.halopsa.com/portal, as well as viewing the status of all tickets.
