Managed Network Services

TerreCom MNS offers enhanced network monitoring, visibility and reporting for key network assets. Dynamic, real-time
network mapping allows at-a-glance view of issues and device performance. Customers with Fully Managed devices will
have access to view the network status.

The service includes some or all the following, depending on service option chosen:

  • Monitoring of agreed network devices 24/7
  • Automated notification of agreed events 24/7 or as requested
  • Service response 9am-5pm Monday – Friday (excl public holidays)
  • Assistance with service restoration where managed device is affected
  • Simplex device changes
  • Monthly network and device performance reporting
  • Monthly activity ticket reporting
  • Device configuration management and backup
  • Device firmware/software management
  • Asset lifecycle management and advice
  • Assistance with resolution of network performance issues

  • Full Management – We provide all configuration management
    and can provide read-only access to your authorised staff.
  • Co-Management – We provide all configuration management
    and provide read-write access (and read-only as required) to
    your authorised staff.
  • Monitoring Only – We support configuration backup and
    version management but do not perform device configuration
    changes. All changes are completed by your authorised staff
    or other 3rd party.
